11. Late arrive:
If a learner arrives late for a lesson, the lesson will continue for the remaining time. The tutor is not obliged to catch up on the lost time, and the full lesson fee will still be charged.

Cancellation policy

5. No-Shows:
If a learner does not arrive for a scheduled lesson and does not cancel beforehand, the full lesson fee will be charged.

Re-discussions

Both tutors and learners can rebook a lesson if it is cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time. Re-bookings are subject to availability.

In the event of an emergency or extraordinary circumstances, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Users should contact customer support as soon as possible to discuss these situations.
13. Technical Issues:
If there are technical problems that are beyond the control of the user, cancellations and re-bookings will be handled without any fees.

If a learner is not satisfied with the quality of a lesson, they must request a refund within 24 hours of the lesson. The request will be evaluated and a decision will be based on the circumstances.
Process of Refund
7. Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted by our customer service within the specified timeframes.
8. Evaluation of Requests:
We will evaluate each refund request and make a decision within 7 business days. Users will be notified of the result via email.
9. Payout of Refunds:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on the financial institution.
Exceptions
